快运企业流程优化的研究与应用
Research and Application of Express Freight Process Optimization
【摘要】 在业务流程优化的基础上对快运具体业务流程进行深入分析,指出现有快运企业流程中存在的一些普遍问题,提出优化思路,并进行业务流程的动态控制和跟踪,最后给出具体应用实例。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes concretely the business process of express freight,points out the common problems existing in the process,gives out the idea of how to optimize,control and trace the business process dynamically and shows an example.
