基于LabVIEW的停车场控制与管理系统

【摘要】 现代社会对停车场的要求越来越高,本文介绍了在LabVIEW平台上开发的停车场控制与管理系统,系统以车牌号标识车辆和管理停车。描述了系统的硬件组成,软件结构和分工,说明了车辆出入控制和停车管理的原理,以及利用机器视觉进行车牌识别和车辆验证的方法和步骤,分析了系统的特点。系统具备完善的停车场控制与管理功能,且有出入不停车、停车安全性高、运行可靠和可扩展性强的特点,适用于地下停车场和停车楼的控制与管理。

【Abstract】 Modern society demands parking-place providing perfect services and managing effectively,this paper introduces a car-park control and management system exploited on LabVIEW,which represents a car and administrates parking with the number of the car’s license plate. Describes hardware components,software organizations and their tasks of the system.Then illustrates principle for it to control car coming in and going out a car-park,and for it to administrate tolling,and ways and steps to take license plate recognition and car verification using machine vision,and analyses significant merits of the system.The system is capable of controlling and ad-ministrating perfectly a parking-place,and has advantages of coming and going nonstop,security,and high reliability and expansibility,may be applied extensively to control and management of commercial underground car-parks and parking-buildings.
