【摘要】 在《法哲学原理》第三部分的伦理篇中,黑格尔较为完整地提出了"市民社会"的概念,系统地阐述了"市民社会"的构成、性质和作用等。"市民社会"这一概念最早出现在古希腊和罗马,随着时间的推移其具体内容也不断变化。"国家中心主义"和苏东的巨变驱动了市民社会的复兴,全球化和通讯科技发达的背景又把它带入"全球治理"这一新领域。因此,对市民社会的理论探究不但为我们提供了一个研究国际关系的新学术视角和纬度,并且为我们从政策层面促进国内政治、社会结构与国际政治紧密结合提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hegel puts forward the intact definition of civil society that systematically sets forth its structure,nature,function and so on.Civil society early emerged in ancient Greece and Rome with its concept changing all the time and revive in the late 20th century.But under the context of globalization and high technology of communication,it appear its globalization and the trend of the impact on the international relations.The study of civil society offers us a new angle of view for observation of international relations which is also better to knew and deal with the relations between China and America.更多还原
