碳化物堆积对钨钼系高速钢性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2)和W9Mo3Cr4V(W9)中的碳化物堆积程度对钢的力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,随着钢中碳化物堆积程度的增加,M2和W9钢的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度增加,冲击韧性、抗弯强度和冷拔性能降低;碳化物堆积程度对高速钢淬回火硬度和红硬性影响较小。

【Abstract】 The effect of carbides pile-up degree in high speed steels W6Mo.5Cr4V2(M2)and WgMo3Cr4V(wg)on mechanical properties and workability of steels has been studied.Results showed that with increasing carbides pile-up de- gree in steels,the hardness,tensile and yield strength of steel M2 and W9 increased,but the impact toughness and flexural strength and cold drawing ability of steel decreased.The effect of carbides pile-up degree on red hardness and hardness of quenched and tempered high speed steels was minor.
