甘蔗及野生近缘种分子标记的研究进展
Advances of Molecular Markers in Saccharum officenarum Linn. and Its Wild Relatives
【摘要】 甘蔗是我国主要的经济作物之一,对整个国民经济的发展都具有重要的地位和作用。甘蔗野生近缘种具有抗病、抗虫、抗逆等潜在的有利基因,是甘蔗遗传改良的重要种质资源。DNA分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记和生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的较为理想的遗传标记,在甘蔗育种方面发挥了重要作用。作者对植物DNA分子标记的原理、特点及其在甘蔗及近缘种属鉴定、遗传多样性分析等方面的研究进行简要的概述。
【Abstract】 Saccharum officenarum Linn.is one of the main economic crops,which has an important position and role in the development of the national economy.Its wild relatives are main germplasm resources with resistance,insect resistance,resilience,and other potentially beneficial genes.DNA molecular markers were newly advanced genetic markers and developed following the morphological,karyotypical,and physiological markers,and play an important role in sugarcane breeding researches.We summarized the basic principles and the characteristics of DNA molecular markers and application in identification of species,genetic polymorphisms analysis for sugarcane.
