【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎中医证候的演变规律。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化、肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象,以面对面访谈的调查方法收集临床资料,确定中医证候,复合证候分解成单证统计,分析其证候演变规律。结果:肝胆湿热证、脾虚证、瘀血阻络证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证随着慢性乙型肝炎向早期肝硬化、肝硬化腹水的发展,其发生率增加;脾虚湿困证、肝气虚证随着慢性乙型肝炎向早期肝硬化肝硬化腹水的发展,其发生率下降;肝郁脾虚证、肝胃不和证、气阴两虚证、肝血虚证、肝阴虚证、气血两虚证、肾阴虚证、肾阳虚证在病情进展过程中无明显变化。结论:慢性乙型肝炎中医证候演变有一定的规律性,主要表现在证候复杂程度发生变化、正气耗损加重、瘀血证候增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the Chinese syndromes developing rules of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Patients with chronic hepatitis B,early hepatocirrhosis and ascites caused by hepatocirrhosis were taken as objects,then clinical information was collected,Chinese medicine syndromes were confirmed,which were analyzed by from composite to simple statistically. Results: As chronic hepatitis B was developing to early hepatocirrhosis and ascites caused by hepatocirrosis,cases with syndromes such as damp-heat of liver-gallbladder,block of blood stasis,deficiency of spleen-qi,deficiency of liver-kidney yin and deficiency of spleen-kidney yang increased,while cases with syndromes such as deficiency of liver qi,water retention due to spleen-deficiency deereased,the patients with other syndromes such as stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of spleen-qi,disorder of liver-stomach,deficiency of qi-yin,deficiency of liver blood,deficiency of liver-yin,deficiency of qi-blood,deficiency of kidney-yin and deficiency kidney-yang had no obvious.
