十氢喹啉存在下β-环糊精诱导α-溴代萘的室温磷光
Room Temperature Phosphorescence of α-Bromonaphthalene Induced by β-Cyclodextrin in the Presence of Decahydroquinoline
【摘要】 首次将杂环分子十氢喹啉(decahydroquinoline,DHQ)引入β-环糊精(β-cyclodextrin,β-CD)诱导α-溴代萘(α-bromonaphthalene,α-BrN)室温磷光(room temperature phosphorescence,RTP)的体系中,由于DHQ和β-CD及α-BrN形成三元包络物,不经除氧就可观察到强而稳定的RTP信号。实验证实,孤对电子、氢键封盖作用和微晶的二次刚性化作用是DHQ存在下β-CD诱导α-BrN产生强而稳定的RTP的关键因素。在优化实验条件下,体系的RTP强度与α-BrN浓度在1.0×10-6~3.5×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9960),检出限为6.25×10-9mol.L-1。该方法用于合成样中α-BrN的测定,回收率为90%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%~6.5%(n=5),结果满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper,decahydroquinoline(DHQ)containing lone pair electrons on N atom was firstly introduced into the system of α-bromonaphthalene(α-BrN)-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD),and a strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)intensity produced from inclusion complex of β-CD-α-BrN-DHQ was observed.Experimental results showed that lone pair electrons,hydrogen bonding force and secondary microcrystal rigidization effects were the key factors for the strong RTP of α-BrN induced by β-CD in the presence of DHQ.Under the optimal conditions,the standard curve of α-BrN was linear over the concentration in the range of 1.0×10-6-3.5×10-5 mol·L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.996 0.The detection limit was 6.25×10-9 mol·L-1.The proposed method was successfully applied in the determination of α-BrN in synthesized samples with the recoveries in the range of 90%-105% and the relative standard deviations of 2.8%-6.5%(n=5).
