苋菜红及其主要降解产物的高效液相色谱法测定
High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Azo Dye Amaranth and Its Main Reductive Products
【摘要】 建立了测定偶氮染料苋菜红(AM)及其降解产物1-氨基-2-羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸(1-AN-2-H-3,6-DS)和1-氨基-4-萘磺酸(1-AN-4-S)的反相高效液相色谱法,该方法线性范围皆为0.01~3 mmol/L,相关系数分别为0.999 1、0.9997和0.9993,相对标准偏差分别为3.3%、3.4%和3.8%。将该法应用于从广州市某印染厂废水中分离出的希瓦氏菌新种S12对偶氮染料苋菜红的生物降解产物的分析,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC) method was proposed for the determination of azo dye amaranth and its main degradation products 1-aminenaphthylene-4-sulfonic acid and 1-aminenaphthylene2-hydroxy-3,6-disulonic acid,with the linear ranges of 0.01-3 mmol/L,the coefficients of 0.999 1,0.999 7,0.999 3,and the relative standard deviations of 3.3%,3.4% and 3.8%,respectively.Furthermore,this method was utilized in the determination of the biodegradation products of amaranth by the newly isolated Shewanella decolorationis strain S12 with satisfactory results.
