【摘要】 针对实验室整体工作存在的问题,学校组建独立编制的实验教学中心,引入现代企业管理中"5S"先进理念,形成具体方案,并在实验室管理中实施,并对实施前后的状态进行比较分析,统计表明,实施"5S"管理方案后效果明显。推行"5S"管理方案,工作效率有提高,浪费有减少,安全有保障,工作人员素质有明显提高。"5S"应用于实验室管理,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the aims to establish management standards in laboratory,enhance work efficiency as well as security index,and thus serve the teaching of colleges,based on the present problems existing in the whole work of laboratory,we founded an experimental teaching center with independently authorized staff,introduced the advanced management concept of 5S from modern enterprises,formulated specific plans and carried out supervision and examinations.By applying the management plans in the laboratory and comparatively analyzing the state with previous one,obvious effectiveness has been achieved judging from the statistic data.The implementation of 5S management plan can improve work efficiency,reduce waste,ensure security and upgrade the quality of staff.Therefore,the 5S is worth popularizing in the management of laboratory.更多还原
