螺旋隔板低翅片管油冷却器的工业应用

【摘要】 用普通弓型隔板光滑管换热器作为异己烷油冷却器的传热效能差,不能满足企业扩产增容的需要,必须采用强化传热技术提高其传热性能。介绍了一种新型整体螺旋隔板低翅片管油冷却器,并对其替换弓形隔板光滑管油冷却器的工业应用进行了研究。结果表明,在油冷却器的换热管长和换热面积没有变化且空间壳体直径明显减少的条件下,螺旋隔板低翅片管油冷却器的总传热系数是弓型隔板光滑管冷却器的1.64倍。当异己烷油产能提高40%时,高效油冷却器能将油温冷却到40℃左右。

【Abstract】 The heat transfer effectiveness of segmental baffle oil cooler is very low,it makes this type of oil cooler unable to meet the demand for upgrading output.One kind of newly typed oil cooler is developed to combine integrally helical baffles with low-finned tubes.The results of industry application showed that the total heat transfer coefficient of the helically baffled oil cooler combined with low-finned tubes is 1.64 times as high as that of the segmental baffle oil cooler.While the oil capability is increased as much as 40%,the oil can be cooled to normal temperature about 40 ℃,even though the shell diameter is decreased and heat transfer tube length and total heat transfer area are not changed for the helically baffled heat exchangers.
