【摘要】 目的建立一种实验室内质量控制方法,为降低医疗成本减轻病人负担。方法通过参比的检测系统与被监控的检测系统同时对病人新鲜标本进行检测,将检测结果的差值制作质控图,对被控检测系统的精密度和准确度进行监控。结果用两个检测系统检测结果的差值制作质控图可非常直观的对被控检测系统进行监控。结论此方法科学、经济、实用,完全能够满足临床实验室的需要。更多还原
