【摘要】 在界定城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,从城市土地集约利用中的人地关系入手,将压力(Pressure)—状态(States)—响应(Response)模型引入城市土地集约利用评价,构建基于PSR模型的城市土地集约利用评价体系,并以西安市为例,对其城市土地集约利用状况进行了评价.结果表明,1996—2004年西安市城市土地集约利用的综合评价指数呈现递增趋势,但土地集约利用水平同标准值尚有较大的差距,其进一步提升的潜力空间比较大.更多还原

【Abstract】 Intensive development is the way to solve China′s current problems of land conflict between supply and demand in the process of rapid urbanization and achieving sustainable development.This paper analyze the human—land relationship in urban land intensive use on the base of the definition of urban land intensive use,uses the "Press—State—Response" model to evaluate the urban land intensive use,built up a evaluation system on urban land intensive use upon this,applies the evaluation system in Xi′an city,evaluate the state of urban land intensive use in Xi′an city,the intensive land use comprehensive evaluation index of Xi′an increased from 1996 to 2004,but the land intensive use can not achieve the standards.The potential of further enhancing space is relatively large.更多还原
