【Abstract】 Theories of teacher academic development initiated the growth ideas of expert teacher.Expert teacher is the ultimate goal of key teachers.Exploration of the situation of primary and middle school teachers in China shown that weakness remain for the academic growth of teachers due to various factors.This paper suggests that new growth ideas shall be integrated and the ideas in the planning of expert teachers shall be referred to in the different stages of their academic development.更多还原
