【摘要】 目的:对老年人急腹症的心肺功能特点及诊治进行讨论。方法:报告478例60岁以上的老年人急腹症,其中急性阑尾炎159例,急性胆道感染129例,胃及十二指肠溃疡穿孔114例,急性机械性肠梗阻60例,上消化道大出血11例,急性胰腺炎5例。结果:治愈380例,好转79例,死亡19例。结论:要注意老年人急腹症的心肺功能特点及诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the characteristics and the treatment of the heart and lung′s functions for th eaged.The presentation reports 478 cases with acute abdominal pain for the aged of sixty and over,including 159 cases with acute appendicitis,129 cases with acute infection of biliary tract,114 cases with perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer,60 cases with acute intestinal obstruction,11 cases with upper digestive tract hemorrhage,and 5 cases with acute liver damage.There are 380 cases cured,79 cases taking a turn for the better,and 19 cases for death.The author discusses the characters and the treatment of the function of the heart and lung for the aged.更多还原
