【摘要】 介绍了TDD-GSM系统间切换测量的基础,实现原理,特性需求。系统间切换测量主要针对测量量的选择、测量的可行性和测量的报告准则进行说明和讨论。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the base and specific property about measurement between TDD system and GSM system.The handover measurement includes its selection,feasibility and its report standard.Finally,the problems that should be further studied are presented.
