玻纤增强PA6挤出吹塑成型性能研究
Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyamide 6 Extrusion Blow Molding Function
【摘要】 通过熔体指数测试及转距流变实验,分析确定了30%玻纤增强PA6的挤出吹塑成型加工性能及加工工艺,提出了挤出吹塑成型加工的制件最小壁厚参考值,通过玻纤GF在挤出吹塑成型过程中的流动取向及对制品断面形貌观察,对该工艺的可行性进行了论证。
【Abstract】 By the experiments of NMR,torque rheological property and extrusion blow,analysis and certarn the extrusion blow molding function of 30%GF/PA6 and the processing conditions.Put forward the smallest reference value wall thickness of process;Used the microscope observation the flow orientation of GF and the SEM observation the products cross-section pattern,demonstration the feasibllity of this processing Technology.
