【Abstract】 Based on the presupposition that CFFG can get compensatory fund by itself development, the paper analyzed the macro- backdrop, such as the important effect of artificial forest/grass for global climate change mitigation, the exchangeable disposal of the external benefit of CFFG, the increasing demand of carbon trade. Then it discussed the conditions of carbon trade for CFFG in China. For example, the cost of reducing the carbon-letting capacity is low; the advantage of carbon sink is obvious; there are a lot of experiences of carbon trade for CFFG.
