【Abstract】 This paper has the Chinese listed company as its research object and creates a prediction analysis of quit crisis for listed companies by Logistic model.It has been proved that the model is better than others.The empirical tests show that it can produce higher prediction accuracy than individual classifiers.The result shows that its accuracy is 98.10%.更多还原
