微波诱导提取赣南脐橙皮中香精油的研究

【摘要】 以赣南脐橙皮为原料,石油醚为萃取剂,采用微波辅助诱导萃取法提取赣南脐橙皮中的香精油,考察萃取剂、微波功率、辐照时间等因素对香精油提取率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助诱导萃取赣南脐橙皮中的香精油具有良好的效果,在石油醚作为萃取剂、干脐橙皮(10g)∶石油醚1∶20(g∶mL)、微波功率100W、微波辐照10min的最佳提取工艺条件下,香精油的提取率可达1.05%。且该方法具有提取快速、操作简单、节能环保的特点。

【Abstract】 Take the Gannan navel orange peel as raw material,the processes of extraction of perfume essential oil were studied. The results indicate that microwave-added inductive technology produces higher yield than traditional methods. The optimum extraction processes obtained are as follows: peel mass is 10 g, petroleum ether is 200 mL, the optimum microwave power is 100 W,the optimum microwave radiation time is 10 min, and the yield reaches 1.05 %. The method possesses such advantages as rapid, simple, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
