【摘要】 目的探讨儿童的超重和肥胖与血脂、血糖异常之间的相关性。方法测量410例健康体检儿童身高、体质量、血压,采集空腹静脉血测定血糖(Glu)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。根据BMI指数水平将410例体检儿童分为正常组和超重肥胖组,比较各组儿童血压、血脂、血糖的差异。结果儿童超重及肥胖率为17.80%。超重肥胖组儿童的血压、TC、TG、GLU、LDL-C、HDL-C水平与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.32~5.51,P<0.01)。结论儿童时期超重及肥胖同血压、血糖、血脂异常密切相关,在进行心脑血管疾病早期预防时,应将肥胖超重儿童这一群体作为重点干预对象,积极预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate children’s blood lipids,blood glucose and blood pressure level and their association with overweight or obesity. Methods This study enrolled 410 health-exam children of 3-12 years of age.Their body height,body weight,blood pressure(BP),blood glucose,serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacetylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured.They were divided into overweight or obesity group and normal weight group according to BMI.The BP,blood glucose,and serum lipid levels of the two groups were compared. Results The prevalence of overweight or obesity was 17.80%.Overweight and obesity group had significant higher BP,blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C and lower HDL-C compared with those of the normal weight group(t=2.32-5.51,P<0.01). Conclusion Overweight or obesity are correlated with higher BP,blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL-C and lower HDL-C.Interventions should be given to these children for the prevention of cerebral and cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
