【摘要】 公共体育服务植根于公民的基本体育权利,关系到公民的基本体育素质和生活质量、生存能力、精神状态。由于地域城乡差异、社会阶层分化、过度体育市场化、体育管理体制改革滞后等因素导致我国公共体育服务呈非均等化发展态势。基于"大众共享"、"社会公平"的和谐社会建设目标,提出在公平与效率之间寻求均衡点;把"弱势群体"真实的纳入公共体育服务框架;开发农村公共体育服务的基础设施与服务项目等,应是实现公共体育服务均等化发展的一个思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public sports service is rooted in the basic sports rights of citizens and concerned with their basic sports and living quality,surviving ability,and state of mind.Due to regional difference,social rank division,sports overcommericalization and backward sports management system reform,our public sports service is developed unequally.Taking into consideration the goal of harmonious society of "for everybody" and "social equality",public sports service seeks a balance between equality and efficiency.The disadvantaged should be included into public sports service.The farmer,agriculture,and countryside should be emphasized,and the basic facility and ifem of rural public sports service should be further developed,which is one way to realize the equalization development of public sports service.更多还原
