【摘要】 研究趋化因子受体4(Chemokine receptor 4,CXCR4)的表达水平与骨肉瘤肺转移的关系并探讨CXCR4在骨肉瘤组织中表达的意义.采用免疫组织化学方法测定5例肺转移和11例无肺转移患者的骨肉瘤组织中CXCR4的表达水平.发现16例骨肉瘤组织中均有CXCR4蛋白的表达,但其表达水平存在差异,与肺转移的骨肉瘤组织(80.52±9.93)相比,11例非肺转移的骨肉瘤组织中CXCR4的表达水平(65.56±12.75)显著较低(P=0.037<0.05).实验结果表明CXCR4的上调表达见于肺转移率较高的骨肉瘤组织,提示CXCR4可能参与了骨肉瘤的肺转移.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the expression and significance of CXCR4 in human osteosarcomatous tissue,immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expressions of CXCR4 in 5 pulmonary metastatic and 11 non-pulmonary metastatic osteosarcomatous specimens diagnosed by X-ray chest film. 16 specimens showed positive staining of CXCR4 protein. However,the levels of expression were distinct,the expressions of 5 pulmonary metastatic specimens(80.52±9.93) were higher than the 11 non-pulmonary metastatic specimens(65.56±12.75), P = 0.037 < 0.05. According to the results,the up-regulated expression of CXCR4 was detected in osteosarcomatous tissue of high-pulmonary metastatic rate,and high-level expression of CXCR4 was probably associated with osteosarcoma which has pulmonary metastasis.更多还原
