【Abstract】 Some issues of hydropower development and environment protection on Qinghai-Tibetean Plateau are discussed herein,in which the necessity and feasibility of hydropower development and environment protection are analyzed on the systematical level and the theoretical level,and then it puts forward how to perfect the system design and the related countermeasures for the interaction concerned,so as to realize the harmonious developments of both the energy economy and the environment.更多还原
