【Abstract】 The telecommunication industry’s problem is expounded which they come up to in market competition and action of sales,and then the need of applying the cross-selling strategy is analyzed to the industry on the basis of combining the enterprise’s characteristic.The analysis method of association in data mining technology is applied to the analysis of cross-selling.And then the theory of the Apriori algorithm is introduced in detail.In the end,we use the algorithm to analyses a series of data and then find out the relation of the businesses,develop data support for enterprise’s cross-selling strategy.更多还原
