【摘要】 目的观察复方大黄汤熏洗治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法107例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组54例采用复方大黄汤熏洗治疗,对照组53例用高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,疗程15d。结果治疗组在疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间、创面渗液消失和愈合时间方面明显短于治疗组(P<0.01～0.05)。结论复方大黄汤熏洗治疗混合痔的临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Fufang Daihuang Lotion" in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 107 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 54 cases were treated by "Fufang Daihuang Lotion" and control group in which 53 cases were treated by potassium permanganate, with a course of 15 days. Results The time of pain disappearance, swelling disappearance, wounds effusion disappearance and wounds healing was shorter in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.01~0.05). Conclusion "Fufang Daihuang Lotion" has positive effects on mixed hemorrhoids.更多还原
