基于相对劣化度的视情维修决策模型

【摘要】 基于相对劣化度模型,分析了系统状态连续变化时预防性维修计划失败的风险水平,引入状态恢复因子推导了系统状态演化规则,并根据效费比分析了预防性维护方式,建立了新的视情维修决策模型.该模型克服了传统视情维修采用离散状态分析的不足.以故障时间分布符合Weibull分布的生产系统为对象,进行了预防性维护计划的算例分析.结果表明,该模型能为预防性维护计划的决策提供支持.

【Abstract】 The method of risk assessment of preventive maintenance was given based on relative-deterioration degree model,which describes the deterioration of production system state continuously.The rules of system states change were proposed concerning with state renew factor.The condition-based maintenance schedules decision model was built based on cost-effectiveness ratio,which overcomes the shortcomings of the method of state description discretely.The approach is verified to be effective and valuable to preventive maintenance schedules decision by numerical simulation of the system failure distribution following Weibull distribution.
