【摘要】 目的:探讨不孕症女性心理状况与性激素之间的相关关系。方法:问卷调查获取不孕症女性的心理状况,放射免疫法测定患者卵泡期性激素,SPSS11·5软件统计两者之间的关系。结果:不孕症妇女抑郁评分、焦虑评分、负性事件值比正常育龄妇女均明显增高(P<0·001)。抑郁和焦虑的心理状态和负性生活事件值是引起不孕症的危险因素(OR>1)。不孕症患者PRL、E2、FSH和LH比正常均值明显增高(P<0·05),而P、T差异无显著性。PRL、P、T、FSH、LH与抑郁评分、焦虑评分、负性事件值均存在正相关关系,但是E2与3项心理量表评分存在负相关关系。PRL与抑郁评分、焦虑评分、负性事件3个危险因素存在多元线形回归关系,且成正相关;E2只与焦虑评分存在负相关关系;P、T、FSH、LH与抑郁评分、负性事件有多元线性回归关系,均成正相关。结论:不孕症患者心理状况与性激素之间存在相关关系,提示应充分重视心理因素的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship of psychologic status and sex hormone of infertile women.Methods:110 normal women and 105 infertile women were evaluated by Hamilton depression rating scale for depression (HRSD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Life event scale (LES). And endocrine hormone in follicle phase was determined. The data were analyzed by statistical software.Results:The scores of the depression and anxiety, and negative life event in infertile case were higher markedly than those in the control (P<0.001); The mental status of depression and anxiety, and negative life event were the risk factors of infertility (OR>1); Except P and T, the level of serum PRL, E2, FSH, and LH were much higher than normal values (P<0.05); There were positive correlations among serum PRL, P, T, FSH, LH levels and depression scores, anxiety scores, negative life event, but E2 had negative correlated with these three psychological scores; In multiple linear regression, there was positive correlation among PRL level and depression scores, anxiety scores, negative life event; The level of E2 was only had negative correlation with anxiety scores; however, serum P, T, FSH, and LH levels were positive correlation with depression scores and negative life event.Conclusions:There exists correlations between psychologic status and sex hormone of infertility, so psychological factors should be emphasized.更多还原
