高间接胆红素血症新生儿血清NSE与脑干听觉诱发电位的关系
Relationship between serum NSE and brainstem auditory evoked potential in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia
【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿高间接胆红素血症(高间胆)患儿神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量与脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的关系,评价NSE值对评价高间胆患儿听神经损害的意义。方法对87例血清NSE>18μg/L(研究组)、23例NSE<18μg/L的足月高间胆患儿(对照组)进行BAEP检测。结果研究组BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期(PL)和Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期(IPL)较对照组显著延长(P<0.05);随NSE增高,各波PL和IPL有延长趋势。结论高间胆患儿血清NSE水平与BAEP明显相关,血清NSE可作为评价高间胆患儿听神经损害的生化指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) in term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,to evaluate the role of NSE in auditory nerve impairment in the neonates with jaundice.Methods Eighty-seven full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(NSE>18 μg/L) were chosen as study group,and twenty-three term neonates with jaundice(NSE<18 μg/L) as control group.BAEP was determinated in all cases,respectively.Results The study group had significantly prolonged latent period(PL) and internal latent period(IPL) of the wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ and Ⅰ~Ⅲ,Ⅲ~Ⅴ,Ⅰ~Ⅴ in BAEP,compared with the control group,and there were statistically differences(P<0.05) between the two groups.There was a gradually increasing tendency in PL and IPL of all waves,along with NSE levels elevating.Conclusions There is a significant correlation between NSE and BAEP.Serum NSE levels may be used as the biochemical indicators for ascertaining neonatal auditory nerve damage with jaundice.
