【Abstract】 Against the major background of the rapidly development of the world economy and trade, the research of the regional logistics centers design is very important. The logistics industry in our country is still at an elementary stage and lack of the exploration and experiences which adapted to the concrete regional conditions in the stage of planning and design at present.
