【摘要】 涤/麻织物染色的传统工艺一般均采取两浴两步染色法进行,即先分散染料染涤纶,还原清洗后用活性染料染麻。采用两浴两步染色工艺,生产周期长、效率低、消耗大。由于两浴,生产过程中产生大量废水,增加了污水处理负担,严重影响了企业的经济效益。现通过对染料、助剂的筛选以及染整工艺条件的选择,对涤/麻织物进行分散/活性一浴热溶热固的染色加工取得较好的染色效果。更多还原
