【摘要】 目的分析福建省肺结核病人发现与治疗效果,为结核病防治可持续发展提供技术政策依据。方法根据福建省2001~2007年结核病登记报表进行病例发现及治疗转归队列分析。结果7年全省共登记涂阳肺结核病人90186例。涂阳病例占活动性肺结核病人的比例从2001年的44.84%上升到2007年的57.81%。涂阳新登记率从2001年的27.81/10万上升到2007年的41.55/10万。平均治愈率为90.1%。结论2001~2007年福建省肺结核病人发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,取得了显著成效,是实施现代结核病控制策略的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze case-finding and treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis in Fujian province, and provid the sustainable development of the base for policy maker of TB control.Methods Analyze registered cases and the treatment outcome of tuberculosis from 2001 to 2007.Results From 2001 to 2007 total new smear positive cases were 90 186,the proportion of smear positive cases in activity cases raised from 44.84%in 2001 to 57.81%in 2007,the new notification rate of positive cases were raiseed from 27.81/100 000 in 2001 to 41.55/100 000 in 2007.Cure rate was averaged to 90.1%.Conclusion The level of case-finding and cure management of pulmonnary tubercuiosis improved in Fujian province during near 7 years,and achieved significant achievements,due to the modem tuberculosis control stategy.更多还原
