【摘要】 目的了解海南省影响乙肝报告质量的主要因素,为制定乙肝控制策略提供科学依据。方法采取随机整群分层抽样方法选取调查样本,根据《海南省2006年医疗机构乙肝病例报告调查方案》进行调查。结果共调查9个市县(区)44家医疗机构,总计查录到乙肝初诊登记病例1369例,其中已经网络报告的有595例,经现场核实为确诊病例的有421例,网络报告病例中符合调查诊断标准的确诊病例有347例,将病原携带者报为确诊病例的有124例,误报率20.84%,将疑似病例报为确诊病例的有101例,误报率16.97%,总误报率37.82%;2006年调查地区乙肝报告发病率为90.76/10万,估计实际发病率为52.93/10万,报告准确率仅为58.32%,实际估计发病率明显低于报告发病率,低于41.68%。结论我省乙肝病例报告误报率高,导致误报的主要原因是将病原携带者和疑似病例作为乙肝确诊病例进行报告,提示对医务人员加强传染病诊断标准的培训,确保乙肝病例报告质量是今后工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the main factors influencing hepatitis B cases reporting quality in Hainan Province. Methods Survey samples were selected by random cluster stratified sampling and inquired according to the "Scheme for survey of hepatitis B case reporting quality in the medical institution of Hainan Province in 2006" . Results The survey was carried out in 44 hospitals in 9 cities (counties ). There 1 369 of initially hospitalized hepatitis B cases were surveyed , and 595 cases were reported as confirmed ones through web-based reporting system. Among 595 cases, there 347 confirmed ones were verified on the spot, 101 suspected cases and 124 carriers were reported as positive ones. The false case reporting rate was 37.82%, leading to estimated actual incidence of 52.93/100000,lower than that repported. Conclusion The main factors influencing hepatitis B case reporting quality are that the positive carriers and suspceted cases were reported as confirmed cases.. Thus the work of training on standard daignosis of hepatitis B be carried out to enhance the hepatitis B cases reporting quality.更多还原
