【摘要】 目的了解广州市四家医院铜绿假单胞菌(PA)各血清型分布情况。方法按常规方法对各院各种临床标本进行细菌的培养、分离,用VITEK2全自动微生物鉴定仪对750株PA进行鉴定,采用日本生研株氏会社分型血清用玻片凝集法对PA进行血清分型。结果750株PA分型率为93.7%(703/750);以G、B、L、F型为主,其中G型197株占26.3%、B型90株占12.0%,L型78株占10.4%,F型77株占10.2%。结论广州市四家医院的PA血清型以G、B、L、F为主,未发现有A血清型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of the serotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)in four hospitals of Guangzhou City.Methods The 750 PA strains were isolated by routine methods and identified by VITEK 2,and the serotype were confirmed by using standard serum of PA.Results There 93.7% of the PA strains were serotyped(703/750)and the main serotypes were type G,B,L and F,occupied 26.3%(197/750),12.0%(90/750),10.4%(78/750),and 10.2%(77/750),respectively.Conclusion The main serotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in four hospitals in Guangzhou City are G,B,L and F.Serotype A of PA was not dectected.更多还原
