【摘要】 目的:探讨三维调强适形放射治疗宫颈癌的护理方法。方法:对37例中晚期宫颈癌患者采用高能直线加速器实施全程三维调强适形放疗,2Gy次/,5次/周,总剂量50Gy。在放疗前后进行精心的病情观察及护理。结果:本组均顺利完成放射治疗,不良反应小,治疗有效率为100%。结论:对宫颈癌患者行三维调强适形放射治疗过程中做好相应护理,能提高疗效,降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore nursing method in the treatment of cervical cancer with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Methods: Thirty seven patients with cervical cancer at middle and advanced stages were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy by high energy electron linac 2Gy per time,5 times per week and the total dosage was 50Gy.Close observation and meticulous nursing care were carried out before and after therapy.Results: All the patients finished their course of therapy,with a little adverse reaction.The effective rate of therapy was 100%.Conclusion: Corresponding nursing care can increase the curative effect and decrease complications when three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is applied to the patients with cervical cancer.更多还原
