【摘要】 目的研究黑龙江省幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)的毒力因子血型抗原LewisB结合黏附素基因(babA2)与胃十二指肠疾病的关系。方法自274例黑龙江省胃十二指肠疾病患者胃黏膜活检标本中分离得到64株H.pylori,采用特异引物聚合酶链反应(PCR)对各菌株babA2进行检测。用Fisher精确检验法分析不同胃十二指肠疾病患者中babA2的表达率。结果64株H.pylori菌株中,25.0%(16/64)的babA2扩增结果为阳性。不同胃十二指肠疾病的患者H.pylori菌株babA2表达率间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黑龙江省H.pylori临床分离株的babA2与其致病性无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the distribution of virulence factor blood group antigens(BGAG,LewisB) of Helicobacter pylori(HP) with adhesion genes(babA2) and its relationship to gastrointestinal diseases(GD) in Heilongjiang Province.Methods Sixty-four HP strains were isolated from gastric biopsy specimens of 274 patients with gastroduodenal disease from Heilongjiang Province.Specific primers polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to detect babA2 expression of all obtained strains.Analyses were performed on babA2 expression of different GD patients by Fisher’s Exact Test.Results The amplification results of 25.0%(16/64)of babA2 were positive.There was no significant difference in the expressions of babA2 of HP strains between different GD patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The babA2 genotypes of HP isolated from GD patients form Heilongjiang area have no association with their pathogenicity.更多还原
