知识型员工知识积累影响因素实证研究

【摘要】 知识积累是知识型员工进行各种知识活动的基础,分析了影响知识型员工知识积累的因素,并经过两个处于不同行业企业的实证研究,发现知识型员工在当前企业工作年限、职位和教育水平对知识积累具有正向影响作用。

【Abstract】 Knowledge accumulation is the foundation of knowledge worker’s activities,this paper listed the factors that influence the knowledge accumulation,and studied the data collected from two firms in two different industries,and found that the tenure,position and education level have significantly influence on knowledge accumulation.
