【Abstract】 A HPLC method was developed for the determination of bupirimate. Analytical conditions involved use of a Agilent HC-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm), 5 μm with a mobile phase of 53% methanol, 22% ACN and 25% water(by vol)and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, wavelength of the UV detector was 240 nm. The linear correlation coefficient for the method was 0.999 8, the variation coefficient was 0.43%, the standard deviation was 0.42 and the recovery was 99.83%.更多还原
