【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1、细胞粘附分子变异型CD44v6在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测54例食管鳞癌手术标本nm23-H1蛋白、CD44v6蛋白表达,分析其表达与食管鳞癌生物学特性及临床特点之间关系。结果淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组相比,nm23-H1表达降低,CD44v6表达增强;大于3年生存组与小于3年生存组相比,nm23-H1表达增强,CD44v6表达降低;nm23-H1表达与肿瘤浸润深度和临床分期呈负相关;CD44v6表达与肿瘤浸润深度和临床分期呈正相关。结论nm23-H1表达降低、CD44v6表达增强与食管鳞癌浸润转移有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and its clinical significance of nm23-H1 and CD44v6 in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expressions of nm23-H1,CD44v6 were detected by immunohistochemical SP methods in tissue samples from 54 cases of ESCC who received surgery operation only.Results The result showed that the nm23-H1,CD44v6 expressions were related to primary tumor invasion,metastasis of lymphnodes,clinical stage and 3-year survival rate.Conclusion nm23-H1,CD44v6 might be important biological markers in ESCC and they might be related to the biological behavior of ESCC.更多还原
