【摘要】 合同管理是工程管理的核心。工程分标应合理,招标文件与合同条款应完备、清晰并充分考虑具体实情,这样才有利于合同的履行与管理,才能保障合同双方的合法权益、顺利实现合同目标。总结分析了某水电工程实施阶段合同管理实践中的若干问题,包括合同标段的划分、合同条款的合法性与完备性、含糊的风险分担条款、技术规定不够明确清晰、工程量清单不够正确完整、缺乏投标辅助资料等,从中可取得一些经验供水电建设同行参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contract management is the core of project management.This paper summarizes the analysis of the implementation phase of a hydropower project contract management practice,including the delineation of the contract tenders,contract terms of the legitimacy and completeness,the vague terms of risk-sharing,lack of clear provisions of the technical requirements,listing of project quantities not correct integrity,lack auxiliary information on tender,etc.,which could show some experience for hydropower builders.更多还原
