【Abstract】 Large scale irrigation districts,as the important agricultural production bases and the marketable grain,cotton and oil production bases,are viewed as essential guarantee for national food safety.The paper,through analyzing the current situation and problems of the irrigation districts,presents the science & technology demand for water saving centered accessory facilities and technology improvement in terms of optimizing allocation of water resources and regulation & control,improving water delivery efficiency,irrigation efficiency as well as water productivity,preventing and controlling water logging,alkalization and salinization,etc.更多还原
