四极子形量子级联微腔激光器
Quadrupolar-shaped Quantum Cascade Microcavity Lasers
【摘要】 不同的波导和谐振腔形式,对应的量子级联微腔激光器的特性有显著的不同.四极子量子级联微腔激光器带来的光的方向性激射,解决了对称型微腔激光器光的方向性激射的困难.本文简单介绍了四极子量子级联微腔激光器的由来和其相关的几种激光器.
【Abstract】 There are obviously different features of quantum cascade microcavity lasers for different formats of waveguide and resonant cavity.Directional emission of light guided by quadrupolar-shaped quantum cascade microcavity lasers solves the difficulty about the directional emission of symmetrical microcavity lasers.Quadrupolar-shaped quantum cascade microcavity lasrs and several related lasers are introduced in brief.
