燕麦β-葡聚糖的分离纯化及分子量范围
ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION OF OAT β-GLUCAN AND ITS MOLECULAR WEIGHT EXTENT
【摘要】 从燕麦β-葡聚糖的分离、纯化方法和β-葡聚糖的分子量范围的测定方法等方面对国内外燕麦β-葡聚糖的研究进展进行了综述,并且介绍了目前分离纯化过程中研究认为的最佳方法和手段,以期为今后我国燕麦β-葡聚糖的研究工作提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the current popular technologies of separation and purification of Oat β-glucan and the means of determination of its molecular weight,domestic and international research realities of oat β-glucan were reviewed,and the best ways and means of purification were introduced.This work provides references for future research work of Oat β-glucan.
