【Abstract】 International Standard of Mongolian Encoding is made up of two parts: one is the part of UCS concerning Mongolian Script and the other is Users’ Convention for System Implementation on Mongolian Encoding.To discuss the issues of Mongolian encoding should be in the frame of UCS.There has been Standard of Mongolian encoding for several years and a series of Mongolian software have been successfully developed.We can not discuss Mongolian encoding without concerning this achievement representing new tendency with great significance of theory and reality.更多还原
