【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法,紫外检测器,测定配合饲料中的雷洛西芬,最低定量限为0.5 mg/kg,添加浓度为0.5~5 mg/kg时,回收率为88%~99%,变异系数(RSD)低于9.3%。该方法不受其他药物等的干扰,适合于配合饲料中雷洛西芬的测定,为更好的监控雷洛西芬在饲料中的添加,控制畜产品的质量,确保食品安全提供了良好的技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for detection of raloxifene in feeds was developed and validated using an ultraviolet detector.Limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.5 mg/kg,acceptable accuracy was from 88% to 99% and RSD ≤9.3% in the range of 0.5~5 mg /kg.The presented method can meet the requirements of raloxifene analysis in compound feed without any interference of other medication.The method provides technical support for better monitering raloxifene in animal feed,controling the quality of animal products,and ensuring food safty.更多还原
