【摘要】 利用江苏省淮安市431户农户的支付意愿数据,通过Tob it模型检验了对政府公信度、保险认知以及其他影响因素对于农户购买农业保险支付意愿的影响。其结果表明,农户对政府公信度会愿意支付更高的保费,而对于保险的不同认知会对支付意愿带来不同的影响方向,参加过农业保险的农户会愿意支付更高的保费,但遭受过灾害而没有得到赔偿的农户则支付意愿较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Tobit model with 431 household WTP data of Huai’an City in Jiangsu Province is used in the analysis of tie impact of factors like the trust on government,the knowledge of crop insurance etc.on the peasant households’ willingness-topay.The result showed that the trust on government is positively related to WTP,and the different cognition of crop insurance affected WTP in different ways.Those who have purchased crop insurance will pay more than those who have never purchased it,but those who have been hit by a natural calamity and have not got any indemnity will pay less than others.更多还原
