渗滤法提纯活性品红溶液
Purification of reactive fuchsine dye solution by DK nanofiltration membrane
【摘要】 采用DK纳滤膜进行了间歇恒容渗滤提纯活性品红溶液,考察了操作条件对膜性能的影响,并对该过程中膜污染阻力的组成及污染膜的清洗进行了研究.实验结果表明:操作压力从0.8 MPa增加到1.4 MPa时,稳定渗透通量增大,渗透通量衰减速度加快;搅拌转速从50 r/min增加到300 r/min时,稳定渗透通量增大,渗透通量衰减速度减慢;污染膜的污染阻力主要由凝胶层和滤饼层阻力构成.清洗结果表明:采用pH=5.0的HCl溶液清洗30 min能使渗透通量恢复到新膜通量的99%以上.
【Abstract】 DK nanofiltration membrane was used to concentrate and purify reactive fuchsine dye solution.The influence of operating conditions on the membrane performance,the formation of resistance of fouled membrane,and the cleaning of the fouled membrane were also investigated.The experimental results showed that the steady flux and the flux drop rate increased with the operating pressure from 0.8 MPa to 1.4 MPa,the steady flux increased and the flux drop rate decreased with the stirring rate from 50 r/min to 300 r/min,the resistance of the membrane mainly depended on gel layer and filter cake.The cleaning results showed that more over 99% membrane flux could be obtained by washing for 30 min with HCl solution of pH=5.0.
