【Abstract】 The newly-upgraded university is faced with a tough task of standardizing the teaching activity,boosting the quality of the major construction and optimizing the curriculum.This paper analyses the important role of the Teaching and Researching Section,contending that strengthening the construction of the Teaching and Researching Section is an effective way to improve the educational quality in the newly-upgraded university.It points out the existing problems concerning the setup of the Teaching and Researching Section in the newly-upgraded university and puts forward some countermeasures.更多还原
