客车后围侧蒙皮冲压模拟与模具设计

【摘要】 根据客车后围侧蒙皮的特点,进行成形面、工艺补充面、压料面等设计,得到三维工艺数模,利用Dynaform软件对冲压过程进行数值模拟,通过分析成形极限图、主应变图、厚薄图,预测蒙皮成形过程中的裂纹、起皱、减薄等问题,评估模面形状和板料的成形性能,最后根据模拟分析数据进行模具结构设计,检验装配干涉情况,从而在设计阶段将失误降至最低。

【Abstract】 In order to form a type of bus rear side covering,the characteristic of the part was analyzed and then the forming surface,technological addendum and binder surface were designed.A 3D model was established and the stamping process was simulated by using CAE software Dynaform.The study on the forming limit diagram,principal strain diagram and thinning diagram helps predict the cracking,wrinkling,thinning and other problems in the forming process,and assess the surface figure and formability of the sheet metal.The die structure was developed based on the above analytical data and the assembly interference was examined.The application makes the design mistakes dropped to a minimum level.
