【摘要】 为了解决棉Tencel混纺竹节布在生产中出现的布面起圈、纬缩等问题,通过调整穿筘、穿综、穿停经片方法,优选经位置线、开口时间、开口量、喷嘴气压等织造工艺参数,并采用小开口、高后梁、早开口、迟引纬的工艺配置,基本消除了织造过程出现的疵点,织机效率由66%提高到85%左右,下机一等品率达到96.5%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 To resolve the problems including fabric surface looping and weft shrinkage et al in producing cotton Tencel blended slub fabric,method of reed-in,heddle and dropper draft were adjusted,weaving processing parameters were optimized including warp shed line,shed timing,shed angle,jet nozzle pressure et al,processing configurations of smaller opening,higher back beam,earlier shed timing,later weft-inserting were adopted.Defaults in weaving process could be eliminated basically,loom efficiency could be improved from about 66% to 85%,first grade percentage before cloth repairing could reach above 96.5%.更多还原
