【摘要】 目的探讨难治性肾病综合征中西医联合治疗方法及疗效。方法将难治性肾病综合征常复发病例随机分成两组,治疗组18例重新给予足量激素8周并加中药肾病汤。对照组16例重新给予足量激素并加环磷酰胺治疗。结果治疗组治疗前后疗效比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组间疗效比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),说明两组疗效相同。治疗组较对照组副作用发生率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论中西医联合治疗对激素依赖的难治性肾病综合征有良好的疗效,并且副作用明显减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapy and efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for refractory nephritic syndrome.Methods Thirty-four cases of refractory nephritic syndrome were divided in to two groups randomly.Treatment group combined given treatment of glucocorticoid and Chinese medicine,another group given treatment of glucocorticoid,immunosuppressive agent.Results The recurrent rate of disease and occurrence rate of side-effects of prednisone in treat goup were less than in the control group significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated Chinise and Western medicine of refractory nephritic syndrome could extenuate markedly the recurrent rate of disease and occurrence rate of side-effects of prednisone.更多还原
